Spending time on:

Painting, gardening, cooking, camping and music. I also love the beach and the outdoors, I love going for hikes. I also work as a florist on the weekends and love making floral arrangements.

Sara has joined CUSP while studying Landscape Architecture at QUT. She has a diploma in graphic design and a degree in interior design and previously worked as an Interior designer and graphic designer across multiple industries.

Sara developed an interest in Landscape Architecture after travelling and spending her summers on her family farm in Chile. She has a keen interest in creating special experiences that have strong cultural meaning and positive impacts on the community.

Sara has a particular passion for creating spaces which connect communities to culture and bring communities together. She is proficient in multiple design tools and is always looking to expand her knowledge and skills. She hopes to continue expanding her knowledge in community building and place making while becoming more proficient in the use of technologies to achieve strong connections to place.
