When not traveling, Isabella cherishes quality time with friends and family, dedicating herself to pursuing her double degree, and embracing new opportunities that come her way!

Isabella joined CUSP as an Administrative Assistant in 2023 while pursuing a double degree in Design (Architecture) and Business (International Business) at Queensland University of Technology, where she’s developing a strong foundation in both design and management.

At CUSP, she supports the team in various aspects of project documentation, finance, and general office operations. Her role allows her to apply her academic insights while gaining hands-on experience in the design field.

Passionate about blending design with effective business strategies, Isabella eagerly contributes to CUSP’s innovative and sustainable projects. She is compelled by her professional growth at CUSP, making a positive impact on communities and the environment, and helping her team deliver exceptional results.
